North American Mustang P51D or Mk IVa (UK) - HA68-105
No.3 Squadron RAAF - North Africa and Sicily

Camo version for Mediterannean theatre in the P51D slot,
adapted from a original file by 'Chompy' and Salty.

This aircraft, KH677 was flown by the C.O., Sqn Ldr P.M. Nash,
DFC and Bar between 26 Nov. and 11 Dec 1944. Initially it's believed
this a/c was coded CV-<>, however a letter written by Nash over 30
years ago quoting dates, serial numbers and codes was unearthed in
Frank Smiths archives. This noted that KH677 was CV-P until he took
over KH716 which then adopted the "P" code.

KH677 currently resides in Tyabb,Victoria, Australia, restored, owned
and flown by Dick Hourigan and Judy Pay.
